Request a return

Returns may be requested within 15 days of purchase. Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase. Contact us first for return instructions. Return postage applies to change-of-mind returns; no cancellation or handling deduction is charged. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

The product must have been purchased from this website within the last 15 days and remain in its original packaging. Retain your receipt or order confirmation. We cannot accept returns for purchases from third-party retailers.

Contact our team before sending anything back. We will provide the return address for your product; the administration office is not a returns warehouse. Refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt and assessment of the returned item, through the original payment method. Credit can be arranged if requested.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to request a change or cancellation. Orders can be cancelled until dispatch begins. No cancellation processing fee is charged.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or has not arrived. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your rights under applicable provincial and territorial consumer laws are unaffected.
